This notice covers the VendorLily coming-soon website and its early-interest form, not the separate product being developed. VendorLily is in development.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect your email, any name and shop name you choose to share, whether you use Square, an optional approximate vendor count, your pilot-interest choice and your email-update choice. We also record when you submit and which version of this notice applied. To limit automated abuse, the website briefly keeps scrambled (one-way keyed hash) counters derived from your network address and email; we do not store your raw IP address, and these counters are removed automatically within about two days.
How we use it
Your details help us understand interest and plan the VendorLily pilot. If you tick “interested in joining the pilot”, we may email you directly about the pilot. That is a response to your request, separate from marketing. If you also tick “Email me updates”, we may send occasional VendorLily news; this box is never preselected and you can opt out anytime by replying or writing to us. If you tick neither, we won’t email you except to respond to a request you make. Joining is not a purchase or a guarantee of pilot access.
Where your details go
Submitted details are stored privately in this website’s separate Lovable Cloud database. Only authorized VendorLily administrators can access them. There is no public signup list. The form does not connect to your Square account, take payments, or access your inventory or sales.
Retention
We review early-interest records and delete those that have been inactive for 24 months. This review is carried out by an administrator, not automatically. Details are not sold or published. Lovable Cloud processes and stores the information on our behalf.
Your choices and requests
Only your email and your Square yes/no answer are required. To ask for a copy of your details, correct them, stop updates, or have them deleted, email info@vendorlily.com. We’ll handle your request manually and confirm by reply. Submitting the form again with the same email does not change the choices already on file; email us to change them.
Website services
This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting service may process technical request information to serve and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request needed to deliver them.
